Very relaxing atmosphere especially with that loveable dog. They are both amazing. Never in a hurry to get you in/out. They patiently listen to your needs and wants. Would not go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Zavier was my first point of contact with Willo and he is awesome. He answered all of my questions about Botox and fillers before I went to my appointment. He has a wonderful upbeat personality which is always a bonus! Then I met Dr Nello who is also awesome! My appointment was great! Dr Nello explained everything to me prior to doing anything. He has a gentle and comforting bedside manner. I really enjoyed his personality too! I asked his advice on many services and he put up with me and my worries! Thank you Dr Nello and Zavier! I must say it was a wonderful experience. Dr. Rossi took his time and told me about the procedure. He was not in a hurry and wanted to make sure I understood what was going on. He and his dog made me feel very comfortable. The receptionist was great too and funny. I will for sure be back!!

I immediately felt comfortable upon meeting Xavier and Dr. Rossi. They seem honest and not like they want to oversell. Dr. Rossi has a good eye and good knowledge of anatomy. I've been around.. And it shows in my face!! I am not new to the "filler" world. But after relocating to AZ, I found it was difficult to find a doctor that used my fav filler. Then i stumbled on Dr Rossi and Willo Med Spa!!

What a great visit.. Not an appointment .. A visit, with friends, in a comfy house! Not cold and clinical, it was cozy and warm. Dr. Rossi, Xavier and Muzzy were so wonderful. My procedure was pain free and the results were perfection.

I found my place and I will be going to them as long as I can!!!

I walked into Dr. Rossi's office as a newby to Botox. He took extensive time to explain the process and the realities of Botox. My apprehensions were immediately diminished There isn't a lot of information about Botox for men on the internet; Dr. Rossi knows this and took the extra time to explain how male patients might differ in their cosmetic needs. I found Dr. R through the positive Yelp reviews he has. After my visit and procedure, it's no wonder why he is so well respected and sought-after for his work. His staff is super friendly and helpful as well. I will be back.

Wow! I was so impressed with the immediate attention given to my emails inquiring about their services after surfing the internet for weeks.. Attention ladies!!! I have been to almost every plastic surgeon and so called "injectionist" in Arizona and Dr Rossi is by far the best! He has an aesthetic eye that most doctors lack, and is able to pinpoint exactly what you need and will not try to sell you procedures that you do not need. I will never go to another doctor for injections again.

What a great experience. I was a bit nervous, but the office manager and the Doctor put all of that at ease. I will come back for more treatments and I believe that the Doctor knows exactly what he is doing.

The office is also beautiful and comfortable, which makes a big difference, especially on your first visit. I am a fairly picky individual and I will refer people I know to the spa. I am looking forward to my next visits.
